9. F-Gas Certification Requirements
9.1 Legal Requirements
- UK law requires F-Gas certification for fixed/split air conditioning units
- Certificate must be provided before dispatch of fixed systems
- Only F-Gas certified engineers may install refrigerant systems
- We cannot dispatch fixed units without valid certification
9.2 Certification Process
- Certificate request sent after order confirmation
- Processing time: 1-3 business days after receipt
- Dispatch delayed until certificate approved
- Invalid certificates will delay your order

- 5-year extended warranty included
- VAT exempt on domestic installations

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

11. Warranties

12. Installation Services

12.3 Customer's Own Installer
- Must provide F-Gas certification before dispatch
- 3-year warranty applies (not 5-year)

13. Limitation of Liability

- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products under consumer protection laws
- Breach of statutory consumer rights

Subject to section 13.1, our liability is limited to:
- Direct losses only (no indirect or consequential losses)
- Maximum amount: Purchase price of the relevant product
