Delivery & Installation
Do you install the units you sell?
Yes. Our FβGasβcertified engineers can install anywhere in England, Scotland, and Wales. Installation dates are arranged within 48Β hours of purchase and typically completed within 7β10Β workingΒ days.
Do I have to use your installers?
No, but manufacturer warranties require installation by an FβGasβlicensed engineer. If you use your own installer, please email us the commissioning certificate so we can register your warranty.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to every UK postcode, including NorthernΒ Ireland, the ScottishΒ Highlands &Β Islands, and the ChannelΒ Islands. For international shipments, please contact us for a custom quote.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE standard delivery on all orders (no surcharges or hidden handling fees).
Delivery is Monday-Friday, 08:00β18:00. Youβll receive tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your returns window?
For changeβofβmind returns you must notify us within 14β―calendarβ―days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14β―days.
Are there restocking fees?
Yes nonβfaulty returns are subject to a 25β―% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
How do I start a return?
Email info@airconultra.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if requested. Weβll issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and arrange collection or advise on shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β10β―businessβ―days of our warehouse confirming the itemβs condition.
