Absolutely. We sell only brand‑new, UK‑spec models sourced directly from the manufacturer or their official distributors.

How do I place an order?
Add the desired unit to your cart and follow the secure checkout. You can also order by phone if you prefer personal assistance.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Delivery & Installation
Do you install the units you sell?
Yes. Our F‑Gas‑certified engineers can install anywhere in England, Scotland, and Wales. Installation dates are arranged within 48 hours of purchase and typically completed within 7‑10 working days.
Do I have to use your installers?
No, but manufacturer warranties require installation by an F‑Gas‑licensed engineer. If you use your own installer, please email us the commissioning certificate so we can register your warranty.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to every UK postcode, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and the Channel Islands. For international shipments, please contact us for a custom quote.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE standard delivery on all orders (no surcharges or hidden handling fees).
Delivery is Monday-Friday, 08:00‑18:00. You’ll receive tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your returns window?
For change‑of‑mind returns you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days.
Are there restocking fees?
Yes non‑faulty returns are subject to a 25 % restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
How do I start a return?
Email info@airconultra.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if requested. We’ll issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and arrange collection or advise on shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5‑10 business days of our warehouse confirming the item’s condition.
