We like to keep things straightforward. Our products are built to last, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make sure it’s handled fairly. Below are the key details of our returns process.
How to Arrange a Return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you’d like to return an item.
- Once approved, you’ll have a further 14 days to send it back.
- Please don’t return items to our registered office we’ll give you the correct returns address after you contact us.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Include your name and order number inside the parcel.
- Installed or partially installed products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Who Covers Return Costs
- Change of mind (non-faulty returns): we’ll cover the return postage. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
- Faulty or damaged items: We’ll cover the return postage (up to the original shipping cost) or arrange collection.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.
- Banks or payment providers may take an extra 3–5 working days to release the funds.
- For non-faulty returns, we refund the item’s value only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For faulty/damaged items, we refund the full product cost plus original delivery charges.
Returns Timeframes
- Non-faulty items: Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Faulty/damaged items: Report within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns requested outside these timeframes cannot be accepted.Important Notice
Do not send returns to our registered office address. This address cannot accept deliveries. Items sent there may be lost or automatically returned to you by the courier, in either case, we cannot accept liability. Always use the returns address we provide.
