1. Coverage & Cost
- Service area: We deliver to every UK postcode, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and the Channel Islands.
- Cost: Standard delivery is free on all orders. No surcharges or hidden handling fees.
2. Handling Time

F-Gas validation: For fixed air conditioning units, UK law requires proof of F-Gas certification before installation. F-Gas (Fluorinated Gas) regulations ensure only qualified engineers handle refrigerant systems safely. We email you for proof of F-Gas certification after your order. Dispatch cannot take place until the document is approved. This regulatory requirement helps protect both you and the environment.
3. Delivery by the AIRCON ULTRA Fleet
Our own liveried vans and trained drivers handle every shipment. That lets us keep units upright, secure and climate-safe throughout the journey.

Delivery timing factors: The 5-7 business day timeframe accounts for all variables including F-Gas certificate processing time (for fixed units), your location's accessibility, local traffic conditions, and our quality control processes. 4. Delivery Notifications & Slot Selection
- The evening before delivery you'll receive an email with a 2-hour arrival window and driver contact details.
- Need to reschedule? Reply to the email or call us by 16:00 the day before and we'll arrange an alternative slot at no extra cost.
5. Possible Delays
We aim to meet the timelines above, but deliveries may be affected by:
- F-Gas documentation delays or certificate processing
- Severe weather or access restrictions
- Unforeseen fleet or route disruptions
- Peak seasonal demand periods
Should a delay occur, we will notify you immediately with a revised ETA and explanation.
